General Description

This 4-storey complex includes 372 apartments and studios in total. Guests arrive in a welcoming lobby complete with a 24-hour reception, a safe, a currency exchange desk and lifts. Additional facilities include a cafe, a bar, a games room, a TV room and buffet restaurant with highchairs for infants. Rooms include a bathroom with a bath or shower, a terrace or balcony, direct dial telephone, satellite TV and a safety deposit box. Each room also has a kitchenette with four electric cooking rings, a fridge, toaster and a kettle. Most of the rooms have a view of the pool area. In addition, there is a laundry service in the hotel, as well as a kids' club for younger guests. The building is located towards the end of Puerto Santiago, a small tourist destination on the west coast of Tenerife, and 300m away there is a shopping centre with bars, restaurants and shops. Los Gigantes Beach is only 2 km away. There are two large pools, one pool for children, a heated pool (in winter), Jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts, pool table, table tennis and mini golf.

Facilities at the hotel are varied and include a reception with multi-lingual staff, postal service, foreign money exchange, there is entertainment on the children's playground and playroom, and also an entertainment program for adults. For meals and refreshments there are two poolside bars, a barbeque and a disco bar.
