General Description

This hotel comprises 3 floors with a total of 10 double rooms, 2 apartments and 4 studios. On the upper floor of the building, and only up a steep staircase, guests will find the renovated rooms. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk; it is possible to breakfast in the breakfast room. Due to the hotel?s central location there is no on-site parking. In addition, there is no wheelchair access due to the flight of steps leading to the hotel entrance. Five of the double rooms, both the apartments and two of the studios come with a balcony. Standard features in all accommodation units include a bathroom, a direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a coffee machine, a fridge and a hire safe. The studios and apartments each come with a kitchenette; selected accommodation units afford views out over the cathedral, the historical Bank of Madeira, or the square, Largo do Chafariz.,

Location

This property is good value for money due to its central location. Please note that the that reception service works from 9:00 to 19:00 after that time they have a door communicator service which works in connection with the reception of the hotel tropical that has a 24h reception service. Upon arrival guests have to press the button at the door and from Tropical they will open the door and will give all the check in instructions to pax. (DDS 09/08) This is a traditional building. Idealy located in the city centre in Largo do Chafariz, next to the Se Cathedral.
