General Description

The Puerta Madrid Hotel, opened in 2002, combines outstanding architecture, quality of service and a strategic location. Only 5 minutes from the Juan Carlos I Trade Fair and the airport, it is within easy reach of the capital’s main communications routes. Its 194 spacious rooms all have connection to the Internet. The top floor is reserved for executive guests, and provides executive rooms and suites, a business centre and private check-out. Hotel guests have the use of our complimentary transport/shuttle service to the airport, trade fair and Cemex Office, Monday to Friday only. Service runs from 8 to 11:30 h in the morning and from 18 to 20:30 h in the evening, must be booked in advance at reception, and depends on availability. Rooms: These bright, spacious and welcoming rooms will be appreciated by both business guests and tourists based here to explore the city. With their light-toned decor and modern but functional furnishings, these 194 rooms ensure your comfort and relaxation by offering 1.80 metres bed or two 1.20 metres beds, extra table and designer armchair. Large desk, mini bar, trouser press, free safe, 21 TV with Canal+ connection (24 thematic channels and Pay-TV), air conditioning, central heating and direct dial telephone. The room has a large bathroom with bath tub and separate shower, hairdryer, telephone, magnifying mirror and amenities designed by Javier Mariscal. La Orza Restaurant: Our grillroom restaurant La Orza is open during midweek from 13.30 to 16h. and 20.30 to 23.30h. Here you will find interesting and varied seasonal menus in which we always include our chef’s recommended dishes of the day. There is a wide selection of wines, carefully selected from among the best vintages. Piano Bar: To wind down after the stresses of the day we suggest a visit to our Piano Bar. It is a space where you can relax over a drink in a pleasant atmosphere with good music, from eight in the evening to late (open through to two in the morning). Clients also find a selection of Spanish Cafeteria dishes from 13.30 -16h and 20.30 to 23.30h every day of the week. Fitness Room: The hotel provides with a fitness area to exercise during your stay with us. Parking is no problem for our guests because we have a garage with 100 places and direct access from reception and the rooms.
